A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost, not charged in addition to it.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service (or before the service begins, if requested).
Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment scheduled within 90 days of the original booking date.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time or no-show appointments may be subject to additional cancellation fees and may forfeit the deposit.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are still able to accommodate your appointment.

Appointments located more than 20 miles from our primary service area are subject to an additional travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip).

Travel fees are determined by your appointment location and will be communicated prior to your appointment.
While we make every effort to arrive on time, traffic, weather, and earlier appointments may occasionally affect our schedule.
Please allow for an arrival window of up to 20–30 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time.
If we anticipate being delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible. When appropriate, we may offer compensation or accommodation for significant delays.

Every vehicle is different, and detailing results vary based on age, condition, previous maintenance, and the severity of stains, scratches, odors, or contamination.
While we use professional equipment and proven techniques to achieve the best possible results, Detailed By JPatt cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, swirl mark, or imperfection.

Detailed By JPatt agrees to provide professional detailing services using industry-standard methods and products.
Your payment is for the time, labor, experience, and professional services performed, rather than a guarantee of any specific cosmetic outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailed By JPatt's total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the total amount paid for that specific service.
